Jeff Stott

Jeff became a follower of Jesus as a teenager and over time God called him into full-time ministry. Throughout the years he has served as a youth pastor and senior pastor in various churches. He has also been involved with jail ministries, college ministries, maternity homes, mission trips, and new church plants. God has blessed him with a formal education to include a Bachelor of Arts in Bible, Masters of Christian Education, and a Doctorate of Educational Ministry. He and his deceased wife, Pam, raised four children and adopted two. Since then, he has remarried. He and his wife, Holly, are raising three girls. He also has five grandchildren.
Chris Creech

Chris became a Christian as a child. He grew up in South Carolina and then attended Carson-Newman College in Tennessee. There, he got a Bachelors degree in Music. He has worked in worship ministry, children’s ministry, and technology and media. He has an amazing wife, Sarah, and three amazing sons. He enjoys playing drums, Braves baseball, and Gamecock football. He also loves reruns of Seinfeld and The Office.
Kensey Russell
Elder
Kensey is a native Missourian, growing up in a Christian family in Cape Girardeau. He was saved at an early age and began teaching in Sunday School as a substitute while still in high school. His marriage to Mary is a result of both being active in the Baptist Student Union at the University of Missouri, Rolla, where he graduated with a BS in Geological Engineering. Throughout his career he has earned an MS in Public Administration and worked in Municipal Engineering in communities ranging from southeast to north Missouri. Ordained as a deacon in 1978, he and Mary have been active teaching junior high, high school, young adults and senior adult Bible studies, while raising a son who has blessed them with a Christian wife and two grandchildren. He also served as the adult Sunday School superintendent while in Chillicothe, MO. He and Mary have also actively participated in two new church plants in Columbia, MO. That experience has led to his prayerful participation in Genesis Church.
Jeff Anderson

Jeff has lived in Missouri and Kansas most of his life. He was saved at an early age and rededicated his life to Christ in 1988. He was ordained as a Deacon in 1995 and served in ministry as a youth leader, Sunday School teacher and a leader with FCA ministry for over 25 years. Jeff graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas in 1983 with a BS degree in education, 1991 with BA degree in Political Science, and received his MA in Administration in 2002 at UCM-Warrensburg. Jeff has been a teacher, coach and administrator for the past 34 years and retired in June of 2019. Jeff has been married to his wife, Angie for 32 years. Angie retired in June 2019 after 24 years as a School Nurse. They have 3 sons & 2 grandsons, Jason and his wife Shelby reside in Columbia, MO. Jon and his wife Melissa & son Emmett reside in Mount Vernon, IA. Jake and his wife Abby & son James reside in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Torrey (or TJ) was born in Illinois and moved to Mexico from Oklahoma. His wife Jennifer is a Mexico native and they have 5 kids: J’Nae, Ty, Janae, Colton, and Jacobi. He loves football and baseball, and attended Lincoln and Columbia College. He has worked at 3M in Columbia for the past 7 years. He also worked with Mexico Public Safety where he served as a mentor for the juvenile office with at-risk youth.
